Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Indiana

I used my bank card to make my car pmts. 2 weeks ago my pmt was due again, the guy who works for the company sent me a text asking if he can debit my card. I did not respond due to personal reasons. Later on that day I noticed my card was used without my authorization. Remind you I am not set up for auto debit, and I have been using that card to pay my car note for at least a year. I never imagined that they would take it this far because I have been a couple of days late before, maybe 4 times due to simply struggling to make ends meet. The car is - kia rio and I owe still close to $10000.00 on that car which I learned later could have been purchased for -- or I could have went else went and got a smaller car note due to my good job. The interest rate is over 21 %. This was my first car loan and I really thought they were doing me a favor because I was afraid/ashamed to go to another car lot. The lady I spoke to over the phone sounded very sweet and helpful. It was a bad winter and I was really afraid to to drive my thunderbird for safety reasons. I called for a cab, and went to the car lot closet in distance and I thought that it would have been the same as going anywhere else. I was fooled and told that with my credit I would not be able to go anywhere else to get a car. CNAC is bad news and please beware of unfair practices.
