Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Wisconsin

We were on vacation when our debit card number was hacked. We reported this to our bank after discovering several charges in -, - ( we live in - ). The - was also consulted. We did n't get a chance to call - ( CNAC ) as it was the - - weekend, and frankly we were in shock. The bank froze our account until this is resolved. CNAC wants a letter, or fax to them, but - - will not do this. Why would we want a letter to us the bank is keeping us abreast of this situation? CNAC calls at least 4 times a day. I tell them the same thing every time. It is bad enough this company sells people who do n't have the means to get a car any other way because of issues in their life. We have said car into the shop 6 times. Brakes, radiator, rear tailight, and other things. This company needs to be investigated. This company also uses a device that changes numbers every time.
