Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened arrest/jail if do not pay South Dakota
auto finance bank is now harassing me that I will go to jail. I got this vehicle - months ago and have had nothing but problems with the vehicle smoking, breaking down, and now they said they will put a new engine in the vehicle, but now they wont and said they will come and get the vehicle, even though my payments are up to date. but ive had numerous harassing calls that are recorded, and texts of name calling and other things
