I purchased a car through JD Byrider in - that was financed through CNAC Byrider Finance LLC and had 24 months to pay. I started experiencing some serious problems with the car and took it in for repairs and paid $400.00. - - stated that they repaired the car but the car was not repaired in fact - - stated that they made the wrong repair and because of their mistake that said " we'er just going to put you in another car ''. I thought it would be an even exchange however, I ended up paying a $1000.00 " deferred down-payment '' in addition to the $500.00 cash ( down payment ) and the $400.00 car repair. to sum it up 'm now paying - $190.00 bi-weekly payments started - 2015. The sales price for the car " they put me in that I thought would be and even exchange I believe around ( $6500.00 ) has been fiance for $13000.00 at 20.999 % interest with the total sales price being $21000.00. I feel I 've been rip off can you please let me know if you can help me with this matter.
