I needed to buy a car and went to JD Byrider in - WV. They say they do not do a credit check and they do not base their decision on my credit but they did. I checked my credit report and they did an inquiry on my credit. The sign out front said no credit check. I did not get a loan through them but they are false advertising I feel.
