After signing all the papers, arriving at a monthly fee of $360.00 for 5 years, I was called back because I was told that there had been a computer " glitch '' that day and they needed to " recalculate '' my numbers. I trusted them and signed new papers which now have me paying $380.00 monthly. I am a - yr old woman and in retrospect realize that this was seen as an opportunity to take advantage of a senior citizen. Toyota Motor Credit Corporation Consumer loan problems when you are unable to pay September 22, 2015 - My car was repoed. Toyota finance says my balance was $4300.00. I paid $5600.00 through my bankruptcy dispersed to Toyota. ( copies included ) I also paid 2 years at $260.00 per month before my bankrutpcy. That 's $6400.00. For a total of $12000.00. When i called after the repo Toyota did n't know that $5600.00 was collected through the bankruptcy. That money was never applied. When they realized it I was promised a phone call back, and they would work something our with me. I have been ignored. I want my $12000.00 back. That is what I paid for my car. They took it.
