Mortgage application, originator, mortgage broker March 19, 2017 - I received a statement from " - '' who bought the loan from " - '', The company who originated the loan, stating that we had a shortage in our impound account in the amount of $820.00, and that the amount originally figured was incorrect and that our mortgage payments would now increase an additional $100.00 a month to correct this mistake. I was very clear to the - loan representative to insure that the impound account also included the " - - '' taxes and she assured me it was included.
