Sometime in - to - my personal details were stolen and have been used up to - - when a security alert had been placed on my credit files. These fraudulent accounts range from medical ; utility accounts and credit card accounts and must be deleted from my history. I forward the details of these accounts in question and a copy of the Identity Theft Affidavit and I have had no response from both the credit bureaus and the creditor/collections agent. ... |

I dispute this bill as not mine or owed as I was insured at the time. In addition, they continually refused to provide me with their company name/ contact information/ and repeatedly refused to provide me with a supervisor to speak to ; just put me on hold and had the same representative I spoke to 'pretend ' to be a supervisor, when I repeatedly stated I do not owe this debt they stated they would put my account as 'refuse to pay ' as opposed to actually verifying any information... |
