Out of the 14 consumer complaints against Regions, 14% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Regions responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 14% of consumer complaints against Regions resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 14% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

The only thing I was beyond bothered by is that they are n't a paperless enviroment and noticed while waiting that every document is in a folder and was able to notice that the cabinets were n't locked and had all my information out there. Regions Mortgage application, originator, mortgage broker August 9, 2015 - Regions Bank holds the mortgage on my home. I applied to Regions Bank for a refinance loan. Regions put in in touch with a loan officer, - - -. In my initial conversation, I disclosed to him which loan I wanted and our financial circumstances.
