The company 's response is erroneous in a few ways : 1. They never address my concern which was repeated calls ( 3x in one day ) which violate the FCRA. Please address this concern immediately. Violations of the FCRA result in fines payable. 2. This debt is not mine. Please correct your records. There is no history of this on my credit report ; you are contacting the incorrect person.
