My ex was awarded the property & was court ordered to refinance to remove me from all existing/future debt associated with the property. The property was refinanced in - and multiple times thereafter. I am unsure when but ( according to Bayview ) my ex filed bankruptcy and in -, Bayview Financial aka Bayview Loan Services added my ex-wife 's social security number as my alias & reported me as delinquent for the debt.
