Account Discovery Systems, LLC Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action May 8, 2015 - Collection agent began conversation with ultimatum : Unless you agree to payment terms, we will file a lawsuit and get a judgement ''. He then said, Do you think you have a get out of jail free card or what ''? Very rude, and obnoxious on the phone. When I asked him not to call again, he immediately called back. He then called a few 3rd party friends and relatives of mine as a further ploy to annoy and intimidate me. He had my contact information, and had no right to call any 3rd party to question them. ... |
