SCOTT CARRUTHERS Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt October 10, 2015 - This company has called friends of mine, referrals that I placed on prior application loans and told him he 's an attorney ( although he 's not ... when I spoke with the rep he said he 's with Scott Carruther 's law office ). They 've discussed my debt with other people, they call other people ( friends and family of mine ) on their cell phones and scare them telling them they 're an attorney and that I must call them.
