The CMI Group, Inc. Credit reporting incorrect information on credit report reinserted previously deleted info March 2, 2016 - I would like to enter a complaint against Credit Management L.P. They changed the billing name from Credit Management to - ( Formally - ) on - - refuses to remove the bill despite being paid in full Ref. # - claim they have not been notified by Credit Management L.P. ( In their defense Credit Management L.P. did notify - and -. Both company 's removed the erroneous bill ) I complained about - and got no where. I called a attorney and was advised to refile my complaint against the original billing company, that would be Credit Management L.P. YOU have my full permission ... |
