Western Portfolio Assets Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened arrest/jail if do not pay May 12, 2015 - Received an unblocked phone call and as left on my voicemail in regards to my son - they stated he had a warrant out for his -. they need to process serve him in regards to a court summons in - county and left a phone # - - - with a case # - - I called back, told them I was his mother and they left a voicemail for my son. I asked who they worked for and what was this about. and they refused to tellme who they work for. all I got out of them they were working a FRAUD case that there was a credit card taken out in my son 's name.
