January 8, 2016 - An item on my credit report says I owe a debt that I did not know about. As I have not had any loans or credit cards since around 2004, If this is my debt, it is over the 7 year reporting limit, and it is also a time barred debt ( Cal. Civ. Proc. Code 312 et seq. ), so it should not still be reporting on my credit report.
