Debt collection false statements or representation indicated committed crime not paying May 16, 2016 - - - has called both cell phone and office phone twice over a debt I received relief from in bankruptcy. The have told me they were a fraud department and arrest was going to happen in - days. The first time I spoke with them I explained that they were in violation of bankruptcy laws. They said they would remove my record. Less than a month later they have made harassing calls again. The number they are calling from is -. Debt collection false statements or representation indicated committed crime not paying May 5, 2015 - I was called by - - of - - - in -, he was calling to collect a payday loan from 2011. He was rude and threatening. he said if I did n't pay right away he was going to haul me in front of a Judge for Defrauding cashcall ''. He also has called both of my sons ( not sure how he got their numbers ) and giving them a hard time about wanting to serve papers to them on me. He also called me at work saying the same thing and saying he did n't want to embarrass me at work but would if I did n't pay immediately.
