Carter-Young, Inc. Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount March 6, 2017 - My apartment complex sent an incorrect amount into collections. I spoke to agency which until was corrected I did not pay because of misinformation from old leasing complex which I was never contacted about. Agency claimed that it will not impact credit if paid which I did in full and have proof.... |
