October 29, 2016 - I responded to an offer by Citibank to pay off my existing credit cards with a 0 % offer for 18 months. I responded and requested them to pay off - credit cards with - for a total of $3800.00. I submitted both requests in the mail. I was later informed that the offer expired sometime before they received my request or by the time they submitted it to -. But they made the payments on my behalf however the interest rate would be 21.26 % instead of 0 %. I called and asked if the offer had expired then why transfer funds without giving me the option of accepting the 21.26 % or rejecting...
