Enova International, Inc. Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls September 30, 2015 - I have been receiving phone calls from a company called CNU and the representative is - -. I believe it is a debt collector, but they will not explain the issue in the voicemail. This company continues to call EVERY day of the week and they will call my work phone twice before calling my cell phone. I do n't know if this is even a debt that belongs to me, but I would prefer a letter in the mail and it be my option to contact them. I do NOT need them harassing me at my job everyday or on my cell.
