I was told on yesterday when I talked to - - that when you take out payday loans online and when it does not clear your bank you owe the original company as well as the lender they used. Unheard of. I have done online payday loans, but they have been paid back. I do not owe these bogus companies. I even asked for letters and they even sent me a supposedly validation of debt. ... |

He claims he is a debt collection agency for a payday loan the went partially unpaid in 2010. He was unable to give me any additional information on the debt. He was n't even able to tell me who I owed the debt to, but insisted I pay him over the phone to avoid legal action. These same people have been calling my family, in particular, my - year old mother who wants to give them money my behalf. All of my payday loans were paid years ago. I received a letter via email but not U.S. mail. These are people who change their names and identities. This should be criminal.
