My wages were garnished for 1 1/2 years, I believed ending in - 2016. On - -, 2016 my wage garnishment started up again. I contact my employer and they said that it was sent a letter of an adjustment of my balance. The total amount that I owe in the lawsuit was $10000.00 and my employer said that it was the same company that is taking the garnishment again. I contacted the Hunt & Henriques and I was told that it was fees and that my employer may have thought they have collected the total amount. I asked them what the amount was... |
