JH Portfolio Debt Equities, LLC Credit reporting incorrect information on credit report information is not mine April 2, 2017 - I originally was in default on payments to a - credit card, it was sent to collection, which I disputed. it remained on my report for 7 years and 6 months before it was due to be expunged, the debt reappeared on my credit report but from another source, JH Portfolio Debt Equities, a collection agency who bought the debt. However, without contacting me in any way they reported this debt as delinquent. I contacted them explaining that they were in violation of the Fair Debt collection Act and they should have contacted me PRIOR to posting it as adelinquent debt. They basically told me that th... |
