They filed for a judgement against me - -, -. We filed an exemption claim notice with them because most of our income is from Social Security, we did this on - -, -. My total income is $900.00 a month, out of which I pay $74.00 a month for a supplemental health insurance payment. This debt is in my name only, my husband has nothing to do with it.
