The amount of the loan that remained unpaid is the same if not more than what they are charging me for the auction sale of the vehicle they took from me. and they are harassing me at work multiple times a day calling everyone and releasing private information regarding me. and they are very ride to me on the phone. ... |

The car was financed through Consumer Portfolio services. My interest rate is 17.95 %. I paid over four years and had to file Bankruptcy, they reported I still owed $5200.00. I was current on the car, when I had to file Bankruptcy, I feel they scammed me. And found out they have a case that was filed with the Federal Trade Commission, for these unfair practices and need help. My paperwork shows that they over charged - on my debt and need help proceeding. Due to high interest I feel I am owed back that plus all the fees ... |
