On -/-/-, I sent Wells Fargo Dealer Services a fax explaining my circumstances for been late on my payments. I also made a post dated payment on that fax for $1100.00 for -/-/-. I called and spoke to the manager handling the account on several occasions to confirm my payment arrangements, yet Wells Fargo Dealer Services decided to repossessed my only vehicle that takes me to work and move my family around on -/-/-. Wells Fargo Consumer Loan problems when you are unable to pay problems when you are unable to pay December 2, 2015 - I am disputing the credit information being reported on my credit record by : WELLS FARGO DLR SVC/ almost $5000.00 CHARGE-OFF- - BUREAU -, - are reporting this as an involuntary repossession on - 2015. We requested a voluntary surrender of the vehicle as we had a job layoff that affected our monthly income, but they did not provide us with information to do so.
