Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt resulted from identity theft November 19, 2015 - On or about - of 2015, I started to receive request for payments to which I disputed based upon claims of stolen ID THEFT.However, - - - ATLANTIC CRED continued attempt to collect a debt that I do not owe. I personally contacted ATLANTIC CRED and disputed the validity of the debt. I personally requested that ATLANTIC CRED to perfect security interest and VALIDATE the DEBT by providing me with Certified BILATERAL CONTRACT obligating me to this debt with the ORIGINAL CREDITOR '' NAME ; ADDRESS and unpaid invoices under FDCA.
