Each attempt has resulted in some type of error online, or " unforeseen error '' in the voice response system, which is itself very difficult to use and sounds as if its - years outdated. I have made at least a dozen attempts total. It seems as if the system is deliberately difficult to use and is almost always non-functional in an attempt to deter consumers from obtaining what is rightfully theirs to access per FACT act and FCRA.
