Debt collection communication tactics used obscene/profane/abusive language January 19, 2016 - the collection agency put me on the phone and had me get into my personal business of why i stoped paying for the debt and asked why i am - and had me repeat it like 3 or 4 times to make me feel bad or gulity about the whole situration and then asked why i broke up with my fiance .. and then asked how much is in my checking acount. Debt collection communication tactics used obscene/profane/abusive language May 11, 2015 - They have somehow contacted my mother although she has no connection to this debt and harrassed her calling multiple times per hour. I called them back, they were looking for another name other than my own and I told them to not use this number again to contact me and they told me they would n't and called me an - ''. The person on the other line is called - '' and she is extremely unprofessional, rude, lewd, and harrassing. I am being called multiple times per day starting - - up through today - - thus far. ... |
