Alpha Recovery Corp Debt collection communication tactics used obscene/profane/abusive language November 10, 2016 - I received a call from Alpha Recovery Corp saying that I still owed debt on a credit card that I had 2 years ago, I was under the impression that I had paid off that card in full, it turns out they had an old address on file so I didnt receive anything about it. When they asked me to pay I said that I would pay it this month and if I could n't pay the whole amount I would at least pay part of it, but that I would like a paper bill mailed to me and I gave her my current address.
