My servicing company is Lakeview Loan Servicing. They are always charging a - fee even though my loan payment is paid on time prior to the -. I've made multiple attempts to get this resolved and stated they would have someone call me back. No one ever calls me back. I've submitted 3 online inquiries and no response.
