I do not know Written notification about debt Didn't receive notice of right to dispute Tennessee

i recently checked my credit report and discovered that this company has placed this item on my credit. I have never done business with this company nor have they provided me with any services or goods. I was never notified that I owe a debt with this company therefore my rights were violated. I want this company to produce the documents with my signature indicating that I agreed to pay for services or goods and it they are not able to do so I demand that they remove the items immediately
