I have been getting calls from synchrony Bank from -/-/2018 until -. They call me at least 5 to 6 times a day and before -. I have answered and told them many many times on many occasions that the person they are calling for does not own this number and to stop calling me. They have refused to stop and continue to call before - and all throughout the day.
