VA mortgage Trouble during payment process South Carolina
Our mortgage is with Ditech and includes an impound account. We received a Cancellation Notice from - - stating that payment had not been received. I contacted - around -/-/- and they informed me they had changed underwriters for our policy and they would promptly generate a new bill to send to Ditech. Ditech sent me another letter -/-/- stating payment not paid. Again I called - and they said the billing had been sent. Ditech has a balance of $1900.00 in our impound account ; they owe - $1200.00. They should be communicating with each other, not me. I am obligated to pay into an Escrow/impound account for the first five years of this account of which I have no control.
