Back in -/-/- I tried to work with Wells Fargo on a loan Modification They could never find my paper work So recently I filed a complaint with you Complaint # - for which Wells Fargo said I was denied back in -/-/- now they are saying I was approved and never signed and returned the paper work for which they could never find??? Now after several months of phone tag a - - - Ext - tells me that i was accepted for a loan Mod but I never received the paper work back in -/-/- because they could never find my paper work. So which one was it Denied? or Accepted? Funny that back in -/-/-/-/-/- they could never find my paper work until recently I was told that back in -/-/- I was denied, Now they are saying I was approved but failed to sign and return their paper work for which I never got. This - - must think I'm an - My question is if they could never find my paper work until recently - minute I'm denied in -/-/- and then in -/-/- I was approved. All Wells Fargo wants to do is play games with people so they don't have to pay up. - told me I short sold my home on Bad advice since I was approved They never could find my paper work. But Wells Fargo kept accepting my partial payments. - called me on -/-/- to put me down.
