I reached out to this company and credit bureaus to inform them all that this account was open fraudulently. I sent them certified letters on -/-/-, -/-/-, and -/-/-. It is now -/-/-. I sent the - - and all 3 credit bureaus a copy of my police report, ID Theft Affidavit, ID, and my social security card. The company has not responded to any of my letter directly, which is a direct violation of the fair credit reporting act.
