Ideal collection services is falsely adding a collections account to my credit report. I was NEVER contacted by this company in regards to such claim. I was never provided any documents, i was spoken to very rudely when i called them. I was advised from them to send a copy of my ID & Affidavit to dispute this issue. Which i did! But still no response from them. They have refused to remove this item from my credit report. They're very unprofessional and spoke to me so disrespectfully. I am very concerned with what they're going to do with my personal information that was sent to dispute this negative item on my credit report. I was not given a fair shot to dispute this information before it affected my credit report, which violated my rights. Then i sent in all the correct supporting documents ( which was advised from them ) and they still never communicated back to me by removing this item, never sent me any details about this false account. I want this item removed from my credit report, as it is not mine.
