FHA mortgage Struggling to pay mortgage Massachusetts
I have called the bank multiple times over the last six months about the foreclosure. i can say it is nearly impossible to speak to a human being and after the answer i am transferred to three more departments. I've tried to work a payment option with the bank ( Wells Fargo ) but they told me i have to pay the whole back payment in full f i wanted to keep the house. I am trying to find out information about the foreclosure. There is nothing posted on any website. I want to keep my house.I feel like I'm not getting services from the bank that I should be receiving.
