He now claims I offered to pay $300.00 in - to bring the account up to date. I do n't know where he got that from. The reason for the original complaint was tha t PNC agreed to the payment plan and - assued me that there will be no more late pays reported to the Credi t Bureau 's. Yet for - , - , - of - - 's letter proves the paymen ts were made on time but he refuses to correct the credit reporting. His actions are wrong and breaks a few credit laws. As I stated many times before make PNC release the recorded phone call and it proves I 'm right. - lied plain and simple to me and a federal agency
