I already know what SCS is saying. The check in question was through a bill pay account that funds the check before it is sent. Please see note below. My bank confirms that this was sent to them on -/-/2016. They DID NOT DEPOSIT IT until 113 days later. I am paying an outstanding loan for my Son. I send checks through my bank bill pay system. On the check it states " Check void after 90 days '' Security Credit Systems purposely held the check for 113 days before deposit. Check delivered to them on -/-/2016 place for deposit by them on -/-/2016. - accused me of bouncing a check and will no longer accept checks for payment. They returned - checks. Requesting Money orders only. I am now sending the checks directly to the school. The have accused me of writing a bad check in which I


1.The check was not returned for NSF. It was voided due to failure to deposit. " Check void after 90 days '' 2. I will not be sending anyone a MONEY ORDER. 3. I will continue to send checks directly to - until you figure out who I send a CHECK to. 4. My check was not returned for NSF. and I will go to legal action if this claim is not corrected. Thank you, -
