Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine South Carolina

I received an alert on my credit report with the - credit bureau - - and - and notice incorrectly information on my correct report. I have contact the original creditor and they do not have my information into their system so this collection needs to be deleted off my credit report ASAP.
