I WAS A VICTIM OF IDENTITY FRAUD/THEFT. I SENT - AND SYNCHRONY FINANCIAL LETTERS AND FTC ID THEFT AFFIDAVIT AND BOTH OF THOSE BANK 'S REFUSE TO DELETE THEIR INQUIRIES THAT THEY SAY ARE CORRECT EVEN WHEN THEY HAD THE AFFIDAVIT I SENT THEM AND THE COPIES OF THE CREDIT REPORTS I SENT THEM. THEY BOTH ACT LIKE IT 'S NOT THEIR PROBLEM. I HAVE LETTERS FROM THEM STATING THEY WILL NOT/REFUSE TO DELETE THE INQUIRIES.
