Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Hawaii

The account is a pay day loan from 6 years ago. I never paid this account late, it was automatically taken from my account. The company refuses to admit the information is not correct however, I have sent Transunion the information from my account which can still be accessed online, I will attach this information. There are two issues with what is being reported, first if - - gave me - pay day loans at the same time, they violated the law. Second, they even report the account was paid and never late, which means they are reporting false information. Yes I was young and dumb getting this payday loan but there is no reason for them to report false information unless they are doing it to hurt credit scores so people like me ca n't get conventional loans. I gave this information to Transunion and they told me that, the reporting company reports the information and they just put in on account, I asked even if I supply documentation showing it was paid and never late, they said yes, it is up to reporting company. Because the reporting company refuses to change and they mailed me something saying their records show I paid late but yet online records show it was paid and never late. So credit bureaus wo n't take evidence from normal consumers but will take information from companies as legitimate even when seeing receipts and documentation disputing what the company claims in the reporting. So consumers are now required to sue the company and credit bureau to get this inaccurate information removed. How is this possible?
