Citibank Credit card department,
Company wants taxes for a contract that did n't state that I had to pay taxes in order to give me my free flights. Citibank Office of President statess that it is " known '' that I had to pay taxes when it was unknown. Free flights means free flights. If it is free the taxes are -. I also gave notice within 5 days as required per the - government for these types of purchases and I am still saying that I can/t get a refund.
