Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
Unsolicited issuance of credit card California
On -/-/2017 I visited - - at - - -, -, CA -. Before treatment began, they offered to run my credit to see how much I would be eligible for if I needed credit to cover any costs. They told me I was eligible for a $5000.00 line of credit to be used towards any work needed. I received some minor work from them that I paid out of pocket for ( $390.00 ). I told them I was not interested in using their line of credit and had no need for it. Approximately one week after this visit, I received a CareCredit card in the mail with a line of credit of $5000.00 that can be used at - - and other affiliates. The card is unsolicited, but appears on my credit report. I called the issuing bank ( -, Florida ) and they said they would conduct a fraud investigation.
