Incorrect information on credit report Account status Tennessee
Telephones Synchrony Bank to Payoff my Account with a Representative -/-/2017. They were given the Account Number including my check routing # to Representative however when Representative processed these 2 payments, it came back to Synchrony Unable to Process. I learned of this being Posted to All - Credit Bureaus, Seeing the Account in Closed Accounts area with the Remarks " Account closed by Credit Grantor ''. I immediately telephoned on -/-/2017 to Discuss the Problem about my Account being closed. At this time I was informed about the Two Payments did n't Process. I inquired why I was not notified by phone or Email when I had made all payments to the account the same way. - in the /customer Service Dept. apologized and Advised me it would be Corrected & sent out t All - Credit Bureaus. Upon receiving my letter from Synchrony I went in to Check but only to Find that My Fico Score went from - or - and Dropped to -?? WHY??? It appears that I try to go Forward Only to Find that I Go Backwards..!! Any Explanation as to WHY MY FICO SCORE DROPPED - Points?? I would be Very Appreciative..!!
