Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Florida

Bank Of America, has engaged in deceptive and unfair practices in connection with my checking account. BOA, has excessively charged the account overdraft fees causing me hardship. The account overdraft fees are so excessive that i could not pay my creditors due to boa excessive overdraft fees imposed to the account. On -/-/2017, I was overdrawn by $1.00 and escalated to $410.00 in overdraft fess alone. If you carefully review the statement, you will find that boa never paid any of this items, instead continue to charge the account overdraft fees since -/-/2017, when initially was overdrawn $1.00. None of the charges have to do with a check i wrote to anyone, all fees are related


my services. Boa, has violated Federal Law prohibiting the excessive overcharge fess to the account. I did made the account to be overdrawn in bad faith, the record reveals, that the dispute started over been over drawn $1.00. The account was overcharged to the point that did not have enough to pay the $170.00 and the over charge fees. I disputed with boa that was going to file complaint with the CFPB, after that conversation, it appears that they may have lower some of the fees. However the account continues to be excessive overcharged with fees. Boa has cause me hardship and bad standing with my utilities companies. Some of the crediors have suspected my account due to boa overdraft fees. I was subscripted to on line services where the cost monthly are lest than $10.00 and not even that was able to pay because of boa. These are websites that i use to work and are not able to have access. This situation affecting my wages.
