Under RCW 61.24.020 and 010 The Deed of Trust between myself - and Washington Federal for loan number # - is void. Washington Services Inc Listed as the Trustee on the Deed of Trust signed for this loan has violated the RCWs. I have attempted to contact Washington Federal with repeated attempts to correct this issue and all others and no resolution has been made. Washington Federal CFO - and other representative have maid no attempts to correct the issues. They are reporting my loan as late and and will not issue a deed of reconveyance to the - County auditors office. The last I heard they put my loan in abeyance. They have not threatened foreclosure again but are constantly reporting my credit late. I asked for my original promissory note and it was not delivered. I have requested that the account be settled and no resolution has been attempted. It is not legal for this institution to be the beneficiary and the trustee of my deed. I would like for them to release the lien for the property and to close the account as it is void because it is illegal.
