Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
So I signed up for the care credit account when my dog required -, the amount was roughly -. I set the account up for automatic withdrawal and after 2 yrs thought I must be done. I called synchronity put in my social and the message informed me my account was paid and up to date. I then cancelled the automatic withdrawal from my account. Within a few weeks I was sent a letter my account was overdue, I called and spoke with a representative who informed me that after 2 years of payments, I actually owe - more than the original because I did not pay in time. What?????? OK so how will you work with me for payments considering that is unjustified. We will not, I refused to pay and now I 'm receiving collection letters. Help please unfair and unjust!!!!!!
