Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Texas

My account with -, a collections agency was reporting fraudulently and was misrepresenting my character. The company was removed from my credit reports only to be re-inserted unlawfully. 15 U.S. Code 1681 states the agency must notify myself in writing 5 day after re-inserting a collection on my credit it also states that thorough investigation must be done and a record of said investigation be given to the consumer ( me ) .Experian has failed to provide me with any evidence of an investigation and or notice of re-inserting the item on my credit.
